SÜNDERMANN (b. 1983, Amsterdam) is an award winning contemporary artist with a foundation in cinema and theatre, shaping a visual language that merges hyper detailed photography with a distinctively surrealist sensibility. His work has led to collaborations with a roster of icons, such as Paul McCartney, Lady Gaga, A$AP Rocky, Tilda Swinton, Ewan McGregor, Iris van Herpen, Sigur Rós, Robyn and Sylvester Stallone, cementing his position at the intersection of art, cinema, and fashion. His artistic career began in Hollywood as an assistant to the Coppola family (The Godfather, Apocalypse Now) instilling a profound cinematic depth to his work. Sündermann works and lives between Palma de Mallorca and Amsterdam. He is a judge for creativity awards and a sought-after speaker for industry panels. With over 200 creative projects on his name, he has billed over 70M revenue. Education: Masters of Fine Arts (MFA) in Directing from the New York Film Academy. In NYC and LA he studied under Hollywood talent. Won a film scholarship from the production company behind The Revenant, X-Men, Prison Break.
